Scansonic stands for quality, attention to detail and customer focus. This of course also applies to our service.

Maintenance – Detecting errors before they occur

Production downtime can cost a lot of money. Preventive maintenance minimizes interruptions and ensures trouble-free operations. At Scansonic, we prepare an individualized maintenance plan tailored to your needs. We use this as a basis for checking, cleaning and repairing the systems. Regular inspections and maintenance ensure optimal performance and maximum reliability throughout the lifetime of the system.

Repair – Just in case something breaks

Standard repair

Scansonic systems and assemblies with normal damage can ordinarily be repaired within 10 to 15 working days.

Express repair

To reduce downtime, an express repair service is available for selected products in our portfolio. This is when we “drop everything,” repair the defective system, and send it back to you within 3 to 5 days via express courier.

Express service is currently available for ALO1, ALO2, ALO3, RLH-*, RLW-*, BO-* and THx*. For other products, please contact your your key account manager or our contract management.

RLH-* and RLW-* optics require a few days longer due to the complex calibration process.
