In this spirit, we have developed organizational structures that promote ingenuity and excellence. Because we believe that today’s projects can never be mastered with management approaches from the 1980s. Our agile, self-organizing teams make us more flexible, faster and closer to the needs of our customers. Assembly staff are involved early in the development process. This makes transferring the final product to the manufacturing department quick and easy.

Nearly half of our employees are developers from different engineering disciplines: laser specialists, process developers and design engineers work hand in hand with production technicians, electronics engineers and software developers. This ensures our customers can communicate at eye level with competent partners.
